Dr. Reynard was amazing! My partners vision is very important, as he only has 1 eye. Dr. Reynard was not only very knowledgeable, but he was very smiley, happy, and upbeat, yet truly caring and concerned about what needs to be done for my partners eye health. It really means a lot to us and we feel very fortunate to have him around. The office is also very tasteful and chic, clean, and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They offer pediatric eye exams and same day appointments. Quality experience from start to finish from all levels of staffing ( reception , technicians and providers.) My son has a severe eye prescription. Due to his age and severity of sight , it’s generally pretty difficult to get him into an optometrist and within 3-4 months. All people attending my son were patient , knowledgeable and very helpful. I am thankful I found this place !
Urban Optics is a first-rate store offering both high fashion eye glasses and therapeutic services relating to vision. Dr. Zucker has a highly competent team that provides excellent service and is willing to take on challenges that most opticians shun. Specifically, in my case, they were willing to replace curved, bifocal lenses in the frames of sunglasses sold by another shop. They did this flawlessly, and did as well with replacing lenses in other designer frames also bought elsewhere…
All employees at Urban Optics were very nice, and accommodating. The establishment itself was clean and comfortable. Had a very through eye exam and am overall very happy with my experience there. Would definitely come again. Highly recommend it!
